SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Depending on the volume of orders being placed in a given span of time, some orders may process and ship the same day as being placed. 

Rates are based on the following time schedules:


United States
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) - $7
  • USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) - $35
Canada
  • USPS Canada Priority Mail (approximately 6-10 business days) : $30
  • USPS Canada Express Mail (approximately 5 business days) : $35


International
  • USPS International Priority Mail (approximately 6-10 business days) : $45
  • USPS International Express Mail (approximately 5 business days) : $65
* Please note that all delivery times outside of the United States are approximations as customs may sometimes lead to delays.


DOMESTIC TAXES

A 5% sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Virginia.


CUSTOMS

All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Wolf vs Goat cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. USPS assumes no responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Wolf vs Goat at our expense. We will deduct that charge and any additional customs charges from the refund of the original purchase price.


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, unaltered and has all original tags attached can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. All items purchased on sale (including use of promotional codes) can only be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit. All items purchased at 40% or more off are considered final sale. Wolf vs Goat reserves the right to deny any attempted returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.


Online Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) and you meet the above-mentioned criteria, simply email mauro@wolfvsgoat.com with your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and the reason. If you wish to exchange, please mention which item you would like, and we will reply with instructions. Any returns shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Product Availability

While we do our very best to keep our inventory accurate and up-to-date, there are occasions where we sell out of an item you have ordered. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification with a status update. Changes to your order due to product availability will be reflected in your total.


Discounts

Discounts are available online through promo codes only. They do not apply to sale merchandise unless otherwise stated. Discounts must be applied at checkout and can never be applied to previous purchases.


Lost or Missing Packages

Risk of lost or missing merchandise purchased by you is passed to you once Wolf vs Goat delivers your package to our designated postal carrier. In the event of damage or lost merchandise, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the postal carrier.


Defective Merchandise

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item (based on style, color, or size), you must notify Wolf vs Goat within 3 days of receiving your order.
