RETURNS

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping. Undergarments are non returnable unless the package is unopened or defective. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. All items purchased on sale (including use of promotional codes) can only be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit unless otherwise specified. All items purchased at 30% or more off are considered final sale. Items purchased at the 50% discount for rewards members are not considered sale items and are eligible for return based on the conditional terms above. Made to Measure and Made to Order are non-returnable.

If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) and you meet the above-mentioned criteria, simply email concierge@wolfvsgoat.com with your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and the reason. If you wish to exchange, please mention which item you would like, and we will reply with instructions. Any returns shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Wolf vs Goat reserves the right to deny any attempted returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Return Policy:

• Undergarments can only be returned if the package is unopened or defective.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Items purchased on sale (including use of promotional codes) can only be exchanged or returned for store credit unless otherwise specified.
• Items purchased at 30% or more off are final sale.
• Made to Measure and Made to Order items cannot be returned.
• The rewards members discount is not considered a promotional code and includes returns on all main page sales. 
• Items purchased with the 50% discount for rewards members are not considered sale items and are eligible for return based on the conditional terms above.

To initiate a return:

• Email concierge@wolfvsgoat.com with order number, list of items to return, and reason.
• If exchange desired, specify desired item and wait for reply with instructions.
• Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Wolf vs Goat reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
