RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) and you meet the above-mentioned criteria, simply email mauro@wolfvsgoat.com with your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and the reason. If you wish to exchange, please mention which item you would like, and we will reply with instructions. Any returns shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. All items purchased on sale (including use of promotional codes) can only be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit. All items purchased at 30% or more off are considered final sale. Made to Order and Made to Measure items are non-returnable.
Wolf vs Goat reserves the right to deny any attempted returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.
United States
- USPS on most items is (2-5 days) - $6.00
- USPS on shoes is (2-5 days) - $15.00
Canada
- USPS Canada (approximately 6-10 business days) - Starts at $20 (based on weight)
International
- USPS International (approximately 6-10 business days) : Starts at - $30 (based on weight)
* Please note that all delivery times outside of the United States are approximations as customs may sometimes lead to delays.
DOMESTIC TAXES
A 6% sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Virginia.
All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Wolf vs Goat cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. USPS assumes no responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly.
CUSTOMS
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Wolf vs Goat at our expense. We will deduct that charge and any additional customs charges from the refund of the original purchase price.
