My rewards code isn't working / my discount isn't being applied!
If you're logged in, your rewards membership discount should be automatically applied at checkout (and your rewards status should appear in the sidebar). Make sure to use the same email address that you used when you purchased your membership!
If you purchased your rewards membership using guest checkout, please create an account using the same email you used during checkout and your rewards membership will be automatically applied.
I can't log in / have forgotten my password.
You can reset your password using the login form -- click on Forgot Your Password and you should get a recovery link in your email.
