Ciao, It's contest time!
I am back from Italy. I locked down some great new factories. I also hammered the production kinks out of the old ones. Everything is good!
What better way to say "welcome back", than with a contest!
What tie would you want to wear? Leave me a comment. I will pick a random winner and send them one of these two ties.
The navy knit pants and knit blazer are for Spring/Summer 2016. They're comfy as hell.
Best,
Mauro
Last Winter Grid for the season product information
The weather is getting warmer and the flowers are starting to bloom! Spring is coming. Below, is the last Fall/Winter grid of the season. The suit was made in the USA. The jacket was made by "Southwick". I never followed through with "Southwick". They make a good product but they couldn't provide the handwork and other detailing I needed, to be my suit maker. The trousers are hand sewn in NYC. Side straps and Hollywood waistband ( continuous wasitband) seem to be my go to. The fabric used for the suit will be offered next season. It needs to be...
Pub Gear Outfit #5

Tomorrow, it's suppose to snow. Honestly though, I could careless. It gives me a chance to wear some of my favorite items. This is what I wore to the pub. 5gg Cashmere sweater. It was a prototype. Fully fashioned, in Italy. I used Cariaggi cashmere. Cariaggi, knits some fine yarn. The factory I use, works with Cariaggi a lot. This is important because the factory knows...
Weather is changing. Spring is coming!
It's still chilly in the morning and the evenings, although the day time gets kinda warm, at least this week. The weather has been odd. Here, is a proper outfit that will transition you into that Spring. Here, is what we have: The shawl collar sweater is fully fashioned with "cashwool" from Zenga Buruffa. The yarn is extra long, extra fine, merino wool. In terms of Merino wool, it really doesn't get better. The shirt was made in Ohio. I still have plenty of the "funfetti" fabric left. I will be making more. The fabric hails from Japan. The...
