The pant makers I use in Italy are top notch bunch. Not only do they make my pants, and some of the biggest names in high fashion, but they are incredibly professional. That's not always the case in dealing with factories in general, especially high end fashion makers. Factories, like designers can be very difficult to work with. When it comes to fashion I think the majority of the rules should be followed but sometimes coloring out of the lines is appropriate.
